"Sharavani River Bass Bonanza: Topwater Action & 21" Trophy"

Action-packed day from the get-go! I took varsha and their crew out for a summer flats fishing adventure with SRS Adventures in St. Petersburg, Florida. We hit the water in the early morning hours under partly cloudy skies, perfect conditions for our target species. The flats were calling our name, and we were ready to answer. SRS Adventures had everything dialed in for a productive day on the water.

Once the stage was set, we got down to business with some serious sight fishing. The clear waters of the flats gave us a perfect view of our quarry. We mixed it up with some topwater action, which always gets the blood pumping. When that slowed down, we switched to flipping and pitching, working the structure methodically. Our persistence paid off when varsha hooked into a monster 21-inch Largemouth Bass. That fish put up one heck of a fight!

We wrapped up the trip with smiles all around, having experienced some of the best flats fishing St. Petersburg has to offer. The Largemouth Bass were definitely on the feed, and our crew made the most of every cast.
