Dawn Patrol: Flats Fishing Adventure in St. Pete's Crystal Waters

I had a great time out on the water with Vinod today for our Mate's Fee Only Card Shared trip with SRS Adventures. We met up in St. Petersburg at 1:00 am, which is pretty early, but it's worth it to beat the heat and get the best shot at the fish. May is a fantastic time for flats fishing around here - the water's warming up, and the fish are getting more active.

We headed out under clear skies, and the conditions stayed great all day. The water was perfect for flats fishing - nice and calm, with great visibility.
