Night Bites & Red Snapper Fights: St. Pete Flats Adventure

I had a great time out on the flats with Soundarya for our Mate's Fee Only Card Shared trip with SRS Adventures. We kicked things off at 1:00 am in St. Petersburg, which is perfect timing for some night fishing action in May. The flats around here are buzzing with activity this time of year, with plenty of fish moving into shallower waters to feed. We kept at it, moving around to different spots and switching up our approach when needed. As the day went on, we kept our eyes peeled for any signs of fish activity on the surface. Even when the bite slowed down a bit, there was always something to see out on the water. We wrapped up the trip with a decent catch of Red Snapper, making for a successful day on the water.
